Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY:
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals impact the rest of my day and other clients’ schedules.
Appointments 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time will be rescheduled.
After three late arrivals, I will no longer be able to provide services.
Thank you for respecting my time and my business—I truly appreciate it.
CANCELLATION:
Please read my cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting these terms. I require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 30% of the service value. This fee helps me cover product costs, over head costs, fees, and my time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services & the stylist goes unpaid. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance via TXT because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. No show/no calls will be charged a no show fee of 40% of the service value barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, allowing us to better serve everyone. No refunds- Since this is a service provided. We can not take back our time, labor, color & overhead costs of performing a service.
